  • A dog is allowed in the unit and has an extra cleaning fee. Only certain breeds are accepted, based on the apartment size and the dog's size.
  • A refundable damage deposit ranging from $300 to $500 is required. This deposit will be returned 2 to 5 business days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property.
  • Alternatively, a non-refundable damage waiver is available, ranging from $50 to $80 USD.
